By placing an order with Ronza Store you agree to these terms. Ronza Store is an independent reseller. Game, streaming and platform names and logos belong to their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with them.

Choose a product, package and payment method, then send the pre-filled order message on WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once we reply and your payment is received. Nothing is charged by this website.

Prices are shown in Algerian dinars and can differ by payment method (CCP, BaridiMob or Flexy). The price you confirm with us on WhatsApp is the price that applies. We may update prices at any time, but not for an order already confirmed.

Most digital products are delivered within seconds to minutes after payment is confirmed, depending on the product and our availability. For game top-ups we need the correct account details from you: please double-check your player ID and nickname before sending.

Give us accurate account information, and never share your password or verification codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to be us. We will not ask for them. We are not responsible for a top-up credited to an account whose details you gave incorrectly.

Digital products cannot be returned once delivered or credited, so we cannot refund an order that was delivered as agreed. If we cannot deliver what you ordered, or you receive something different, contact us and we will deliver it, replace it or refund you.

Prices shown for website and design services are starting prices. The final scope, price and timeline are agreed with you in writing on WhatsApp before work begins.

We may decline or cancel orders that look fraudulent, involve stolen payment, or break a platform's rules.
