Ronza Store is a digital products store based in Bouira, Algeria. We sell game top-ups, streaming subscriptions, gift cards and digital services, and we take orders through WhatsApp.

There are no customer accounts on this website, so we do not collect a name, password or address when you browse.

When you order, you send us a WhatsApp message. We receive what you choose to put in it: your phone number, the product and package, and the details needed to deliver it (for example a game ID or nickname) plus proof of payment.

We will never ask for your account password or a verification code.

To make the store work, your browser keeps a small amount of data on your own device: your cart, your wishlist, recently viewed products, your order history on this device, and the draft of a project brief if you start one on a service page.

This data stays in your browser. It is not sent to us, and you can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

At the time of writing this site does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. If that changes, we will update this page before it does.

We use order details only to confirm payment, deliver your purchase, give support and resolve problems. We do not sell your information.

Orders and support run on WhatsApp and Telegram, which have their own privacy policies. The website is hosted on a third-party platform that may keep technical logs such as IP addresses for security and reliability.

Payments are made by CCP, BaridiMob or Flexy transfer through those services, not on this website.

We keep order conversations for as long as needed to deliver, handle support and warranty questions, and meet our obligations, then delete them.
